Some clients may choose not to dissolve migrated filler, and that is completely okay. In many cases, I may not be able to safely work over the existing migration, though there are situations where treatment may still be possible. It’s important to understand that adding more filler will not correct or conceal migration, but with proper technique, we may be able to improve and minimize its appearance. 💖🫶🏻
