🎄Instead of picking your breakouts, ice the areas. Icing helps minimize the appearance and discomfort. If you pick your are risking permanent scarring to your skin.

🎄 Please use a gentle cleanser for your skin. Water does not cleanse your skin. Best practice is to use a cleanser that will target your skins needs and in the evenings you are double cleansing.

🎄 Please do not use derma razors, it DOES NOT exfoliate the skin. You are essentially shaving your skin, and if you have breakouts you are spreading bacteria. THROW THEM AWAY!

🎄 Rain, shine, snow or a cloudy day wear SPF!! It’s meant to protect your skin from skin cancer but also helps minimize the appearance of aging.

🎄 When you drink water and stay hydrated your skin will glow! Drink more water, overall it’s good for your skin and health.
