There’s a little something imma need you to put on my name when it comes to weight loss and fitness and it’s called “Respeck” lol.
but for real I mean that in the most modest and humble way possible.

In the first slide I have on a bathing suit that I held on to for almost 2 years until I felt comfortable enough to wear it. Well let’s just say while in Jamaica not only was I comfortable in my bathing suit but I also did a mini photoshoot.
No matter where you are in your journey, keep going. Never give up because “you can’t fail if you don’t quit”
