Dear Diary,

I find it funny how life does a 360.
How one picture can piece back together a memory.
Especially a visual such as the one up above where both atmospheres were filled with joy and humor and authenticity and might I add, love. I saw this trend going around with the whole little girl in you being proud of self and it made me smile. Then, I saw this other post that said, “you can’t ever see where you’ve been because you keep raising the bar.” … and I felt that. As a business owner, as a stylist, as a daughter, a friend, a fur mom, a servant to Jesus 🤍 it’s an honor to keep growing and to bear witness to that growth! To be apart of every setback, the challenges, being the decision maker… it’s apart of the journey.

Yesterday, my sauce turned five years old.
And all I can say is, “thank you Lord 🥹.”

Cheers to many more steps towards this success story and major shoutout to all of my peeps who’s been rocking with me for years! To all the popups, all the people I’ve met and hugged on, to my village 🥹🫶🏾 ohhhhh, my village. Dear Lord you did your big one with this little life of mine 😊 and even though life is life, God, you are still God and I am in love with the way you love you some me. Show me how good it can get… again 🤘🏾.

Life lately with Mauri 🫶🏾

Dear Diary,

January came and went, February is here and my mind can’t wrap around if I want to go workout again or to cook😅 my office is coo-coo for coco puffs and my dog… well, she’s spoiled. My family is good, thank God 🥹 and my mind has space. I’m grateful and still in awe from our brand photoshoot.
