In just over one year (the same year that has brought so much struggle, grief, change, loss, and triumph), I have completed my 250th class !! I very much remember the time when I thought my Pilates days would be short-lived 🥴😂 and HERE I AM- still! This journey is more than about physical fitness. It’s mental fitness, emotional fitness, and spiritual fitness. I’m grateful to have the opportunity each day to “train” for this event called life 💕🌈🎉

My middle part accentuates the gray “sparkles” and I kinda like it? Maybe. Still a side part gal but it’s fun to keep things fresh.
All you have to do is cleanse, prep, treat, and protect ✌️

Cheers, and Happy Valentine’s Day! We celebrated with sleeping in, snow, an all day fire in the fireplace, vegetarian bean chili, homemade biscuits, and outdoor snow sports. It snows occasionally in Dallas but never like what we are in for today through Wednesday! Soaking up the cozy home/snow/baking vibes and so grateful for all we have made together and continue to share after all these years 💜
