Why I became an entrepreneur:

1. I genuinely love what I do.
At the heart of it, I love helping people feel good, navigate an ever-changing picture of health, and feel confident in their skin. I believe in high-quality care, done right—and creating an experience that makes people feel genuinely cared for.

2. The future I want for my family.
I want to show my kids that hard work can create not only success, but great satisfaction and freedom in many areas of life. I want them to see what’s possible when you believe in yourself and are willing to work for it.

3. I’m not very good at being told what to do.
If I’m being honest, I value my independence a lot. I’ve always wanted the freedom to make my own decisions, trust my instincts, and build something on my terms.

4. I wanted something that was mine.
I was a great employee for a lot of people, and I learned so much along the way. But eventually, I realized it was time for me to reap the benefits of my own hard work—to build something that reflected my vision, my standards, and my years of experience.

5. I love a challenge.
There’s something about pushing myself that feels almost addictive. I love setting a goal that feels a little out of reach and then figuring out how to get there. My goals and aspirations have always been as high as the sky.

6. To prove people wrong.
There have been plenty of moments when someone’s doubt, skepticism, or “you can’t” has given me even more motivation. Sometimes the best response is simply to go do it.

7. I wanted to use my creativity.
It’s incredibly rewarding to create something special from the ground up—and to do it exactly the way I envision it, with the level of quality and attention to detail I expect. Entrepreneurship has given me a creative outlet I didn’t even realize I was missing.

We will never stop learning. Advanced training is one of the ways we ensure our technique, our judgement and our artistry continue to evolve alongside the science itself.

This is the work behind the work. And it's the reason our patients can trust us with their bodies and their aesthetics.

Thank you Galderma for a wonderful training.

With 10 years of experience in functional medicine, bio-identical hormone therapy, and aesthetics, I’m able to look at the whole picture—not just one piece of your health or appearance.

I love being able to offer my clients truly comprehensive, total-body care that helps them feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside. ✨

Don't confuse "natural" with "automatically effective". With supplements, I care about the actual ingredient, standardized extract, dose, quality testing and whether there is human data behind it.

Save this one for your next supplement conversation or deep dive.

Also one of the most underrated services in aesthetics in our opinion 🤍

Entrepreneurship is everything I imagined and more 🤍 with some lessons learned along the way

Here are some of my biggest takeaways:

→ Making decisions with clear intentions won't steer you wrong.
→ Revenue doesn’t always equal success.
→ Not everyone will understand your vision and that's ok.
→ Hiring the right people can change your entire life.
→ Saying no is just as important as saying yes.
→ Your business will expose every weakness you have.
→ Growth doesn’t make things easier—it makes you responsible for bigger problems.
→ Systems create freedom.

And sometimes the best business decision is to close the laptop and go home.
