Thursday EVENING join me as I sub at 6:15pm for an athletic and strengthening version of Root (hand weight options WILL be offered for the Warrior Sculpt lovers!) and 7:30pm Surrender to at Life Time North Dallas Maybe come for both for a tasty yang/yin experience ❤️‍🔥💪❤️‍🔥

THIS SATURDAY! Join me 3-5pm Life Time North Dallas for Yoga 101. Here we will break down classic poses used in Sun Salutations and other common yang poses to supply the longevity of your practice. Props will be provided and used. Then we’ll tap into how to live a yogic lifestyle by going over the Yamas and Niyamas. Contact the front desk to register. Not a member? No problem! Have questions?
