Are you thinking about your thoughts? Studies say we may have several thousands of thoughts per day.
If we set our intentions for the day, we should repeatedly ask ourselves “what are you thinking about?” If it isn’t aligned with your original intentions you may need to change your thoughts. It’s easy to go on autopilot and focus on negative thoughts. Change your thoughts…change your world!

During the month of February, I decided to not watch the news and delete negative vibes/accounts from my timeline. This has made an instant impact in my mental health! It’s easy to focus on all of the negativity and disasters occurring around us. This is not to minimize what ppl are going through, but me having a negative attitude won’t help change these situations! What you focus on, Expands!!
I am ! There is SO much good and positivity going on and I rather choose to focus 🧘🏾♀️ on those things.
Literally WALKing into my dreams. The last few years, I lost sight of my goals.

Tomorrow marks Day 21 of OMAD. One Meal A Day. Here are a few of my meals during this time. I have lost 5lbs in this time frame and I am trying to decide if I will continue or maybe go back to 2 meals a day. Either way, Intermittent Fasting is my Jam!

I have been fasting 23–24 hours and eat One Meal A Day. Challenging myself for 21 days. I also usually have a salad and some chocolate along with the meal.
