Tribe of Dope Stories
Futurists and storytellers write stories that influence a future culture of free women.
Black women’s lived realities 👀
The unique intersection of race and gender, the specific cultural contributions, and the realities of systemic inequities—are frequently erased from mainstream historical narratives, popular culture, and the workplace.
This erasure manifests in several specific ways:
***Historical and Cultural Erasure:
The fundamental contributions of Black women to science, mathematics, literature, and social justice are routinely omitted, co-opted, or downplayed in public memory.
***Workplace Inequity:
Black women face disproportionate barriers in employment, including mass layoffs, the dismantling of diversity initiatives, and systemic wage disparities.
***Bias and Criminalization:
Research shows Black girls and women face harsher treatment and stereotyping in educational and professional environments, which forces many to suppress their authentic voices to avoid being labeled as "difficult" or "aggressive".
***Health Disparities:
The specific maternal and mental health crises Black women face are frequently ignored, underscoring how systemic neglect endangers their physical and emotional well-being
Systemic Transformation: Addressing the needs of Black women, who are frequently the most marginalized in social justice movements, forces a "trickle-up" effect that improves equity for all, rather than just the most privileged members of society.
Most social issues intersect with the majority of demographic social issues. Solving the problems of black women will solve the majority of the world's social problems.
Force the trickle-up effect 🙌
It is dangerous for women not to control and have complete autonomy of her healthcare, her finances, her freedom, her beliefs.and her final wishes of what she wills at end-of-life.
