Every time you use a makeup wipe your skin cries a little. Stripping your barrier to get in the bed a little quicker. Take your time sis, your skin deserves it 🥲✨
Less is more when it comes to your skin!
Over exfoliating - trying to “strip” away your acne is not a thing. Stripping away oils can actually damage your barrier and cause acne to get worse.
Combining actives - retinol and exfoliating acids should not be combined. If necessary, switch out every other day.
Harsh cleaners - knowing your skin type is important. Treat your barrier accordingly and watch your skin flourish.
Too many products - don’t follow the hype! Stick with a little 3-4 step routine and be consistent. Trying new products every other week will leave your skin in shambles.
Skipping moisturizer & spf - okay so you have oily skin? Still needs moisturizer. You aren’t going outside today? Still needs SPF. Protect your skin!
