My week of drinking a gallon of water!!!!
Was it hard....Yes!
What have I learned 🤔
1. It's possible
2. It gets easier the more consistent you are
3. It makes you Hella hungry
4. You always need to find a restroom ASAP

The Challenge this week is to drink 1 gallon of water a day! I started Monday off just short of a Gallon but I hit it Today!!! 🎉However ☝🏽 if you count my coffee i have surpased a gallon each day 😁🫡 im just saying!
FYI yall fonna be sick of me for thr next 8 weeks!
