I love that y'all are embracing holistic medicine, I really do. But please, for the love of everything, do not stop taking your life-saving heart medications because someone on TikTok told you a supplement would fix it.

Listen to me: holistic medicine is fantastic, but it has to be integrated with *real* medicine. We were able to safely get her off two unnecessary pills, but we absolutely kept her on her cardiac meds. Because no one is trying to have a stroke on my watch.
