We diffuse DAILY WITH 5-6 GOING THROUGHOUT THE DAY - (unless one turns off and we miss it). YES YL IS PET FRIENDLY!!

🌹🌹🌹 HUGE THANKS TO MELISSA POEPPING for offering this excellent article that she posted today and gave permission to share! The book she quotes in the beginning is one I stood in line for ... to be autographed by Gary at my very first Convention in 1995. It was Gary's first real book, to the best of my knowledge, and is now out of print. This is a great reminder! You'll see what I mean! Melissa writes --

THE ART OF DIFFUSING (quoting Gary's first book)
"It has been said that when essential oils are diffused in the home, they have the ability to increase the atmospheric oxygen. They do this by releasing oxygenating molecules into the atmosphere. Oils increase ozone and negative ions in the home .... Essential oils have the electrical magnetic attraction to fracture the molecular chain of chemicals and take them out of the air. This process renders them non-toxic to the body. Scientists in the European countries have found that essential oils will BOND TO METALLICS & CHEMICALS and carry them OUT of the body! They do this by working as a natural chelator, inhibiting these toxic substances from staying in the tissues. These are all wonderful attributes of essential oils. Essential oils remove dust particles out of the air, and WHEN DIFFUSED IN THE HOME, CAN BE THE GREATEST AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM IN THE WORLD."
[ from "Aromatherapy; The Essential Beginning" by D. Gary Young ]

Sweet Ones, if you have not yet ditched the synthetic fragrance warming trays, hot pots, plug-ins, and candles, let this please serve as the oar needed to propel you from the side of the stream you are in and over to the side of the stream that carries you onward to healthy, clean, restorative air in your home. What you breathe in plays a critical role in your overall well-being. Both emotional AND physical well-being!
THE AIR QUALITY INSIDE YOUR HOME has been found to be up to TEN TIMES MORE toxic than the air OUTSIDE of your home.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN DITCHING:
▪︎ candles with fragrance
▪︎ wax Pods with fragrance
▪︎ room sprays with fragrance
▪︎ room sprays with phenoxyethanol
▪︎ room sprays with isopropyl alcohol
I have a diffuser in every room of my home and they are always running and they serve their purpose well!
So... what's in YOUR diffuser today?

Added note:
Do not expect the same results when using other brands. Gary’s teaching and experiments are with this brands quality and purity. That's why his name is on the bottles i trust. No other will do—- for us

I talk about it all the time - we have to be good gatekeepers of our home and that requires label reading and buying from trusted sources. I've lost count of the number of companies that used to have pretty clean products that have now sold out to big companies that come in and do a switch-a-roo with the ingredients, yet still claim to be safe & eco-friendly.

My friend Melissa Poepping posted this and it's too important not to share with everyone.

I was recently asked to help decode the labels on a brand of Laundry detergent from another MLM that someone was trying to introduce to them.
I said, "SURE! that's what I'm here for. Let's take a deep dive."
(side note: if you do not yet understand the significance of the products you use and how it affects your body, we need to talk. I have been educating STRONG on this topic for 12 years. My book has sold over half of a million copies and I will spend the rest of my life educating people on the importance of their wellness and products)
Ok, back to the message at hand:
The company states that they have a product portfolio of "clean lifestyle products..... formulated without the use of thousands of controversial chemicals..... a holistic live clean philosophy....."
I thought this would be a very quick and simple task with a statement like that because even I thought "wow, sounds great."
Friends, I cannot, CAN NOT stress this enough: READ YOUR LABELS.
I do not care how much you trust, know and respect the source telling you it is ok. READ YOUR LABELS.
This is YOUR health.
YOUR wellness.
You do not ever put that trust in someone else's hands.
Ok, deep breath here because I am a little worked up over what I discovered in their cleaning products and skincare / beauty product portfolio of a "holistic clean life......"
