💅🏼Jaylee used a specialty Blooming Gel that acts like a wet watercolor canvas. While the gel is still wet, polish is dropped in so it can naturally "bloom" and melt outward on its own. It creates this flawless, soft-edged marble effect you just can't get with regular painting ( this is one of ger many art techniques for nails.)
