DOES RED LIGHT THERAPY WEIGHT LOSS REALLY WORK?

Red light therapy has been around since the late 50's when the first cold lasers were first being used for their healing capabilities. Then they started getting more popular in the 70's for sports related injuries. They are used to cut the healing time in half! Usually for sprains, ligaments, broken bones and more. Smaller handheld devices are the healthy weapon of choice for many sports doctors working with athletes. Ever notice your favorite basketball player on the sidelines with someone pointing a small contraption at their knee? That's red light therapy in action.
All of these laser and LED devices use a frequency of 635nm to achieve this healing effect.

Where it really started to get interesting is a little over ten years ago. Researchers found that this frequency also emulsifies fat cells.
