When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We turn away other clients, prepare for your service, and dedicate that time to your appointment.

✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please give at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, in accordance with our booking policy.

✨ No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, a no-show fee may apply.

✨ Late Cancellations: Cancellations made outside the required notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

✨ Running Late? Please communicate with us as soon as possible. Depending on how late you arrive, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or treated as a late cancellation.

We understand that life happens. Emergencies come up, schedules change, and sometimes things are beyond our control. We will always do our best to approach those situations with understanding.

However, forgetting your appointment doesn’t mean the time we set aside for you has no value. That time cannot always be filled at the last minute, and we still have business expenses, bills, and a livelihood to maintain.

Our policies aren’t personal, and they aren’t meant to punish anyone. They’re in place to protect our time, income, and small business.

Please respect our policies the same way you respect the policies of airlines, hotels, and larger corporations. 🤍
