After 6 wonderful years in business, I’ve reached a point where it’s time to do some policy updating.

I will be moving away from no-show and last-minute cancellation fees and implementing a booking deposit for all appointments.

This change is not intended as a punishment. It is simply a way to protect appointment availability, my time, and the costs associated with preparing for each service.

When an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, it not only leaves an opening that another client on my waiting list may have been hoping to book, but it also results in lost time and resources that have already been invested into preparing for that appointment.

I understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise. My goal is to always be fair and respectful of both my clients’ time and my own while continuing to provide the best experience possible for everyone.

To ensure appointment availability and protect reserved appointment times, the following policies are now in place:

✨ Services under $200: $25 non-refundable, transferable deposit

✨ Services $200 and over: $50 non-refundable, transferable deposit

Deposits will be applied toward your service total and may be transferred one time with proper notice according to the policy.

This policy is updated in my booking system and is in the updated forms you will receive when booking.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and private experience for all guests, our front door will remain locked during business hours while appointments are in progress.
