Every client deserves to feel beautiful—and comfortable.
This beautiful client has a severe back condition that makes sitting for long periods extremely painful. Instead of asking her to push through the pain, I adapted my services to meet her needs.
I shampooed her hair while she relaxed on her side on my massage table, then completed her braids while she rested comfortably on her stomach.
Being a hairstylist is about more than creating beautiful hair. It's about caring for people, treating them with dignity, and finding ways to meet their individual needs.
Beauty should be accessible to everyone.
If you have a loved one who is homebound or physically disabled and unable to travel to the salon, I offer in-home hair services for qualifying clients. Everyone deserves to look and feel their best, no matter their circumstances.

So, if you cancel your appointment and say, "I need to reschedule," that does not automatically place you back on my schedule.
If you do not tell me the date and time you would like to reschedule, I cannot put you on the schedule, and you may lose your regular appointment spot.
I recently had a misunderstanding where I thought a client was planning to return for their regular appointment in two weeks, while the client thought they had only requested to reschedule at some point in the future.
To avoid any confusion, please let me know the date and time you would like to come in when requesting to reschedule.
