If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically canceled and a new deposit will be necessary to reschedule. If you need to postpone an appointment, you must give a 48 hours notice. You will automatically lose your deposit or any other payment made towards the service if you do not show up without prior notice.
Before any jewelry change, we don’t just disinfect from outside.
We use a single-use sterile piercing floss to clean INSIDE the piercing channel to remove any buildup safely.
