Myrna Lovell-Jones holds a degree in nursing from Broadland College of Nursing in the United Kingdom; this experience has given her a vast knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body. In 2009, Myrna graduated with honors from Sanford Brown College, with a certification in Advanced Massage Therapy. She is licensed to practice massage in the state of Georgia, is insured with and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (A.M.T.A). Myrna believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and that massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body. Myrna’s specialties include, but are not limited to: Deep tissue massage; Myofascial Release; Pre/Post-natal massage; Subtle Muscle Testing & Strengthening; Neuromuscular massage; Swedish massage; Sports massage, Table top thai massage; and hot stone therapy. Massage therapy is the one of the most beneficial things a person can do for themselves, their employees, and loved ones!” insists Myrna. Our client appreciation night at The Bodyhood was a huge success. I’d like to thank each and everyone who came out. It was a fun time with door prizes, massage demos and raffles.
