We live in a culture that celebrates being busy. Being productive. Being available. Getting things done.
But when constantly doing becomes our normal, slowing down can feel surprisingly uncomfortable.
On October 12th, I’m hosting my next conversation with the October Health community: Why It Feels So Hard To Pause.
We’re going to talk about why rest can bring up guilt, what keeps us in constant “doing” mode, and how to recognize when it’s time to slow down before our minds and bodies make that decision for us.

We’re often quick to offer grace, patience, and understanding to others during difficult times. But when we’re the ones struggling? That same kindness can be much harder to find.
Join me on Monday, August 17th at 2 PM ET / 8 PM SAST for my next October Health session, Being Kinder to Yourself Through Difficult Times.
We’ll have a real conversation about self-compassion, why our inner dialogue matters, and how to navigate challenging seasons without adding unnecessary self-criticism to an already difficult situation.
We’ll explore practical ways to give yourself the same patience, understanding, and grace you so freely give to others.

After receiving such positive feedback from our first Career Transition Collective, I'm excited to announce that registration is now open for our next cohort.
If you're looking for a new opportunity, navigating a career change, returning to the workforce, or feeling stuck in your job search, this coaching experience is designed to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
