All of those positive, small, day-to-day choices, lead to something very beautiful. They may not feel meaningful in the moment. But, keep your therapy appointment. Go for that walk. Call a friend and get it out. Eat something nourishing for your body. The small things lead to lasting peace. 🫶🏼
Staying busy to not feel is a real coping mechanism that many people utilize. The problem is, it can’t last forever. You have to heal what’s under there 🫶🏼
