The biostation is looking for a Part-Time & Full-Time Office Coordinator to join our West Delray team.
This on-site role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting location operations, patient engagement, business development, and community outreach.
As an Office Coordinator, you’ll help keep daily workflows running smoothly, support patient onboarding and retention, assist with scheduling and rebooking, partner with our care teams, and help execute local marketing initiatives, events, and referral strategies.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and a passion for patient success, wellness, and business growth.
