Hey everyone, I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families and loved ones. I'm about to start working on soaps for the holiday season so if anyone has any special requests please message me or leave a post here. I'll be updating this page soon with what we're making. When my mom was really sick she had a groundhog that would come into her yard almost daily. We started to feed it fruits and vegetables and basically just enjoying it's company. Mom named it Chuck and it brought us so much joy as a family. Yesterday, the day before mother's day I was cutting my grass and came upon a juvenile groundhog in my yard. It was so calm, it allowed me to get less than 5 feet away from it. It really made me feel like it was more than just coincidental for some reason. Mom was always so close to animals and maybe this was a sign that she really is still looking out and visiting me.
I sure do miss you mom, I miss you too Chuck but I'm so grateful for the small things that remind me of all of the good times we had together.

Happy Groundhog Day everyone!
