I have so many new followers and I’m honored y’all choose to follow me and consider me for your gray hair journey!

Here’s a little about me:

What do I do and who do I help?
- I’m a gray blending and gray transition specialist. I help women embrace their natural hair. Whether you want to step away from coloring and go totally gray, or you want to keep coloring but simply go longer between hair color appointments, there’s an option for everybody!

What are some of my favorite things?
- obviously, my family- my husband and 4 children (not pictured here bc this is a public platform).

- my cat and my dog, Ziva and Tyson. We actually have 5 dogs and 3 cats, but these two are my soul animals ❤️ All of our pets are rescues. It drives my husband crazy but I just can’t NOT help an animal in need!

- COFFEE. Hot or iced, it doesn’t matter. I will always say yes to a latte. ☕️

- BOOKS 📚 I read physical books, I have a kindle, I listen to audiobooks. I love all genres- any type of romance, fantasy, dark or light, thrillers, mystery, anything- and I’m always taking and giving recommendations for both. I even host a monthly book club at the Salon! - Lastly- but certainly not least- I’m obsessed with my career. I originally planned on being a nurse and even went to college for it. But I didn’t feel I was following the correct path. So I dropped out one semester and enrolled in cosmetology school, and to say I’m passionate is an understatement. I live and breathe hair. I invest in hair education as if it’s a life saving treatment for me, and honestly, it kind of is.
Gray hair specifically has always drawn me in- I think it’s one of the most beautiful hair colors and at 34 years old, I’m upset that I don’t have it 😂

Root touch ups don’t have to come with the strip of gray showing in 4 weeks… it can look like this.
This is Barbara, 8 weeks after her last root touch appointment. We do a Demi permanent root color on her to tint her grays so they blend right in and look like highlights.
This makes for a softer growout and a polished, dimensional finish!

The 3️⃣ types of gray blending I offer:

✨ Demi permanent root color instead of permanent color. This gives you the feel of covering your gray, but with more sheer coverage. The grays shine through as highlights, so the demarcation line is not as noticeable when your hair grows out.

✨ “Blend it in” gray blending. This allows you to still have colored hair and a polished appearance, by blending in highlights and/or lowlights similar to your natural pattern to allow a softer dimensional blend.

✨ “Back to my roots” gray transition. When you’re sick of regular salon visits and want to fully embrace your god-given wisdom hair! No more root touches or highlight appointments after this, just toners and haircuts from here on out!
