What if the journey of healing was about better understanding the relationship between the mind and body?

What if a supportive and safe container enabled you to turn inward and discover all the places within your mental, emotional, energetic and physical body that are preventing you from experiencing a greater sense of vitality and wellbeing?

What if radical self-love was the answer to not only embracing the many facets of your being but also provided the ground for healing, personal growth, and transformation?

Join Alana Foy, RYT, Reiki Practitioner, and Owner/Founder of WNTR ROSE for an introduction to Reiki. This 90 minute exploration will include practical applications for Reiki, along with specialized techniques including integrative breath work, and guided meditation to radically reboot your nervous system.

Accessibility note: The workshop will include light, guided movement and meditation practices. All bodies are welcome. Please dress in comfortable, unrestrictive clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, water/other items to support you.

Hey Friends,

Many moons ago, before I opened up my Cosmetic Tattoo Studio, Studio Bordeaux (https://www.studiobordeaux.com/ #/) , I was day dreaming about what it would be like to create a space of community and connection. I didn't quite know what that looked like, all I knew was that my former Yoga studio instilled this sense of connection and belonging the felt extremely nourishing to my spirit.

When the pandemic hit and it became clear that we were all being presented with a unique (and dare I say it), unprecedented opportunity to turn inward, reflect, and take better care of our ourselves, I decided to curate a line of small batch, personal care goods, including teas, candles, and fragrance balms for friends and family. And that is how WNTR ROSE was born.

I share all this because inside each of us are dreams not yet realized, and endless opportunities to create more connection and community. As a small business owner I cannot underscore how truly grateful I am to those of you who continue to frequent the shop and support this little endeavor of mine. At the end of the day, I do it all for us- the community, consumers, artists, dreamers, poets, musicians, and makers alike.
