My Favorite Summer Peptides
Looking to support fat loss, build lean muscle, improve recovery, and optimize sleep?
Tesamorelin, CJC 1295, and Ipamorelin are some of my favorite peptides to discuss with patients when appropriate. These peptides work by supporting your body’s natural growth hormone signaling, which can play a role in body composition, recovery, sleep quality, and overall wellness.
Personally, the results I’ve experienced with these peptides have been incredible. This is my third cycle over the last few years. I typically do one round before summer and another about six months later to support my fitness and wellness goals.

Acne Scar Revision
The reality!
Fixing your acne is one thing, but dealing with the scars afterwards is sometimes more frustrating. This is a before, and after of my acne scar journey of almost 10 years.
I have done regular microneedling, RF microneedling, subscription, TCA Cross, chemical peels, Co2, laser, Skincare, other laser, facials, and Sculptra over the years and have narrowed down the most effective treatments and protocols with my experience.
Scars are a loss of collagen and sometimes fat. You will always have the scar, but if you thicken up the skin around it and work on the depth of the scar, bringing it closer to the surface, you can blend it pretty well, like mine.
BUT, it’s not one type of treatment only, it’s not one session, this is typically achieved over 2-3 years with the right experienced provider!

Acne. The one thing that can shake somebody’s confidence to their core , and the one thing I refuse to let win.
What you’re seeing here is the result of hard work, consistency, patience, trust, time, high-quality skincare, and strategic in-office treatments. This didn’t happen overnight. It never does.
