I think there’s something really powerful about being in a space where you feel like you can fully be yourself.

When I built this studio, I wanted pieces of me everywhere. The moodiness, the art, the weird little details like my skunk collection, the things I’m drawn to, the things that make me feel grounded. Some people call it alternative. Some call it witchy. Whatever it is, it feels like me.

And ultimately that’s a little selfish BUT I’ve realized that the more I’ve allowed myself to express who I am within my practice, the better practitioner I’ve become. I connect more deeply. I’m more present. I trust myself more. And I think my clients can feel that.

Self expression has been one of the places I’ve found the most healing in my own life, so creating a space rooted in that felt important to me. A space where you can settle in, feel comfortable in your body, and feel safe enough to just exist for a while.

And underneath all of the moody lighting and slightly witchy energy is work that we take incredibly seriously. Anatomy. Physiology. Pain science. Nervous system regulation. Intentional, evidence-informed massage and bodywork.

I wanted a studio where science and self expression could exist in the same room. So, I built one with the help of incredible clients, friends, and staff support. Oddly, somehow in making it more me, I think I created a space where we can show up more fully for you, too.

Fun (not so fun) fact, but I struggle with chronic pain as well! Regular massage and bodywork from practitioners who know what they’re doing and care about their clients has changed my life and we love to pay it forward. While we can’t promise to fix your issue, we will always try our best to meet you where you’re at and see how our massage practice can fit into your care!

But seriously, we really appreciate knowing what you want so you can get the most out of your time with us. You’re taking time out of your day and money out of your wallet because you’re hoping to see some kind of change, and we want to help you get there.

It’s also part of our job to be honest with you about what we realistically can and can’t do. Massage and bodywork shouldn’t feel like a chore or something you just have to get through. It should feel like a collaborative process.

And just to be clear, this is NOT “tell me how to do my job.” 😂 We just want to know where you’re at, what you’re hoping for, and what matters to you so we can meet you there.

Hi and WELCOME! So happy you found your new favorite massage and bodywork studio in Denver ;). We at least hope to earn that title. Right now all our booking and pricing is on our website. This keeps things streamlined for us as well as protects us from a business standpoint.

Unfortunately, we do not offer couples massages right now. However, we have a few work arounds if you’re interested!
