Routine can be important.

Make a small morning routine for yourself and a bedtime routine.

Make it simple and something you can rely on and do daily.

I'm really missing the northwoods. Like really bad.

So I'm coming back! Okay not for good, but I'll be visiting.

What is the one big or small change you want to make in your life?

Who is ready to make that change?

Are you someone like me that once you get moving you're ready to go? But sometimes you just need that push. You just need some accountability?

Let's start to get out of our heads and into our bodies. How many times have you laid in bed THINKING you need to go and do something? We are so in our heads that we procrastinate doing something that would be so good for us and once we get there we are so much happier!

Let's start tuning into our bodies. Waking up everyday asking ourselves what our body needs. I promise you that your mindset will change.

This is 16 year old me.

She was getting amazing grades in high school. She just started exploring her fitness. She was competing in jiu jitsu competitions. She was doing everything above and beyond.

And she would be so damn proud of who I am today.

At 16 I just began my health journey right after my dad had a stroke when I was 15 and quickly I realized I didn't have great genetics. I started doing yoga regularly. I became vegan for almost 2 years. I did jiu jitsu and was in the gym everyday almost twice a day. I dove head first into anything that seemed "healthy".

Slowly over the last 9 years I realized that everything "healthy" wasn't healthy for me. I suffered a back injury most likely from lifting heavy weights. I tried to go vegan and felt the worst I felt in my life.

I made all these massive changes in my life and either got bored or saw 0 results. I quickly realized making one small change gave me better results to becoming healthier. I stopped only focusing on the physical aspect of my health, but my mental, emotional and spiritual.

Remember small changes make bigger impacts.
