Final Yoga Class at West Des Moines Activity Center
Our last class at the Activity Center will be Monday, April 28th.

We’re wrapping things up with a relaxing Slow Flow + Stretching class this Sunday (April 27th) and Monday (April 28th). If you haven’t made it to class in a while, these are a perfect way to ease back in and enjoy a good stretch. (Drop in $10)

Thank you all so much for your support over the years. It’s been such a joy to move and breathe with you. I hope to be back someday—but until then, stay well and keep showing up for yourself.

There will be no yoga class on Sunday, 4/20 for Easter.

We’ll have class on Monday.

Big Changes Ahead!

After much thought, I’ve decided that April will be my last month teaching yoga at the West Des Moines Activity Center. This decision wasn’t easy—it’s bittersweet to step away from something that has brought me so much joy, connection, and growth.

At this time, I don’t have any yoga teaching jobs lined up, as I’m shifting my focus toward new goals outside of yoga. My priority now is creating space for myself, my future, and hopefully starting a family.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported my small business, taken my classes, and been part of this incredible journey. Teaching has been an honor, and I’m so grateful for the amazing people I’ve met along the way. While I may sub here and there in the future, for now, it’s time for a new chapter.

Thank you all for everything—this isn’t goodbye, just a new beginning! ❤️

Hello, everyone!
There will be no yoga class today 12/15. We will continue class Monday 12/16 .

Yoga Class Update for the West Des Moines Activity Center!** 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️
The last class for this month will be on Saturday, August 30th. Classes will resume on Thursday, September 5th. Starting in September, our new yoga schedule will be:

- Monday/Thursday at 6 PM
- Saturday/Sunday at 10 AM

Today is our final session of the year at the West Des Moines City Hall at 9 AM! 🕘 Please bring water 💧 and try to stay in the shade. 🌤️ Thank you all for joining us for another great year of Yoga on the Lawn. We hope to see you there! 🙏

Exciting news! Today marks the first day of Yoga on the Lawn at the West Des Moines City Hall. We'll be gathering at 9 AM every Sunday until the end of August (weather permitting) for a rejuvenating session suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Bring your mat, a water bottle, and a positive spirit. Let's start our Sundays with some peaceful yoga and community connection. See you there!
