We were down for extension maintenance (on very loved extensions) and highlights. About 2 1/2 hours of booked time.

She arrived with air dried hair from this morning’s wash.
This guest is a busy mom and extremely busy executive.

Since we needed to do an extension replacement and we have over 100 K and in stock inventory.; the quickest solution with the biggest impact was to worked with the lived in color and skip the color service today and opt for a new one and a half row volume weft install and use more dimensional extensions to match what was existing with her color. We did all this without her skipping a beat on work as she worked online at our laptop desk.
