✨ Quick Booking Update for My Clients ✨

Just a little heads-up! When booking an appointment with me, you’ll now be asked to put a card on file to reserve your appointment.

Unfortunately, I’ve had an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and when you’re booked out and someone doesn’t show, it’s very difficult to fill that spot at the last minute.

You are NOT charged when you book. Your card simply holds your appointment and protects my time in the event of a no-show or cancellation outside of my policy.

I completely understand that life happens — kids get sick, emergencies come up, plans change — and I will always try to be understanding. This isn’t meant to punish anyone. It’s simply something I’ve had to put into place to keep my schedule running smoothly.

I truly appreciate every single person who sits in my chair and supports my business. 🩷

I just wanted to give everyone a little update on my availability. Right now my appointment book is definitely getting pretty full and I have very slim pickings left, especially for evenings and weekends with salon life, the kids’ activities, the fire department, multiple businesses, and everything else going on.

If you know you’re needing in soon, please go ahead and get booked because I don’t have many evening or weekend spots left at the moment.

The good news is Southern Charm Salon has such a great group of girls ready to help take care of you, and we are continuing to grow! We’ll even be adding a barber in the near future to help better serve all of the wonderful clients who have supported Southern Charm Salon over the years.
