Star Massage Co.

✨ Wellness, brought right to your door. ✨

We’re incredibly excited to share our new wellness collaboration with The Mom NP! 💕

We believe taking care of yourself shouldn’t require rearranging your entire day, finding childcare, fighting traffic, or adding one more thing to your to-do list.

That’s why we’re bringing professional massage therapy directly to your home. 🏡💆‍♀️

Whether you’re a busy mom, working from home, postpartum, constantly on the go, or simply ready for some uninterrupted time to relax, Star Massage Co. is here to bring relaxation to you.

This collaboration with The Mom NP allows us to extend wellness beyond the walls of the clinic and into the homes and everyday lives of the women they care for. 🌿✨

And of course, if you prefer to come to us, The Mom NP has in-office massage appointments that are still available!

We’re grateful to be part of this growing village of support and so excited to work alongside The Mom NP to make self-care a little more convenient, comfortable, and attainable.

🌿 Wellness where you are.
✨ Relaxation comes to you.

SAVE THIS BEFORE YOUR NEXT MASSAGE! 🤍💆‍♀️
A little preparation + good communication can make a BIG difference in your massage experience.

1. Please let us know about any injuries, surgeries, or health concerns before your massage. It helps us, as your therapist, understand your body better and make the best choices for your session!

2. Even if you feel like you want deep pressure, it may not always be what your body needs! There are so many other modalities massage therapist can use to help you, including: Myofascial release, Stretching, Lymphatic drainage, and so much more! Sometimes, more pressure doesn’t mean more benefit.

3. We want your massage to feel comfortable, effective, and tailored to YOU. If the pressure feels like too much, let us know. If you’d prefer a little more pressure, let us know that too!🤗 There is no wrong answer, we’re here to make adjustments so you can have the best experience possible. 🤍

4. Make sure you’re drinking water BEFORE and AFTER your massage. Staying hydrated supports your body and can help you feel your best after your session. So yes…this is your sign to drink some water!😅💧

5. Please…Do NOT schedule a workout, heavy activity, or that big house project immediately after your massage.😂 Give your body some time to relax, recover, and reset. Your massage is a time to slow down..so let yourself enjoy it! 🤩
