She came in with one very clear request: “I still want them to look like my brows.” 🤍

She didn’t want a dramatic new shape or brows that looked heavily defined. She simply wanted to keep what she naturally had and fill the areas that needed a little more support—especially at the fronts.

The challenge with a subtle transformation is knowing exactly where to add strokes and, just as importantly, where to leave the natural brow untouched.

By following her existing shape and carefully placing each hair-like stroke, we created a fuller and more balanced appearance without taking away the softness she wanted.

These brows are freshly done and will soften as they heal. The goal was never to change her—it was to create the feeling that those missing hairs had always been there. ✨

The best way to compare microblading and nano brows is through healed results.

Fresh brows will always appear darker, sharper and more defined. What truly matters is how the strokes settle into the skin after healing.

Microblading allows me to create fine, crisp strokes that closely resemble natural eyebrow hair while adding subtle definition to the shape.

Nano strokes are created with a machine and tend to heal softer and more diffused, creating a relaxed, airy appearance.

The decision should never be based only on which technique is currently trending. Your skin, natural brow hair, previous pigment and desired result all need to be considered.

After having a bad experience with her brows, my client was understandably nervous about trusting someone again.

For me, this appointment wasn’t only about giving her beautiful brows. I wanted the entire experience to feel different—from taking the time to listen to what she wanted, to choosing a shape and color that truly suited her.

Every stroke was placed carefully to create a soft, natural result that still looked like her.

Seeing her reaction at the end was the best part. Moments like this remind me how much trust my clients place in me—and why I take that responsibility so seriously. 🤍

If you have previous permanent makeup, please send me a clear photo in natural daylight before scheduling so I can let you know what may be possible.

Sometimes the best transformations make you look twice. 🤎

At first glance, you might think not much changed — and honestly, that’s exactly the point.

She already had beautiful natural brow hair. She didn’t need a completely new brow. She needed a little more structure, softness through the areas that were missing density, and strokes placed where they could disappear into her own hair.

No heavy outline.
No overly filled-in brow.
No obvious “microbladed” look.

Just enough to make the brows feel more complete while still looking like they’ve always belonged to her.

This is what I mean when I say sometimes the most important part of microblading is knowing when to stop. 🤎

Microblading or nano brows—which one is actually better?

Social media often reduces the comparison to one simple explanation: microblading uses a blade, nano uses a machine, so nano must be gentler.

But the truth is more nuanced.

A microblade is made from a row of extremely fine needles. Nano brows are created with a machine needle that deposits a series of tiny pixels into the skin. Both techniques require controlled depth and a skilled hand. Either method can overwork the skin when performed incorrectly.

The biggest difference clients should understand is how the healed strokes look.

In my work, microblading creates very fine, crisp and consistent strokes that closely resemble natural eyebrow hairs. Because I can place more delicate strokes throughout the brow, the final result can have more shape and definition.

Nano strokes are built pixel by pixel, giving them a softer and slightly more diffused appearance. This can blend beautifully with coarser brow hair or create a more relaxed, fluffy result.

One isn’t automatically better than the other. I choose a technique based on your skin, natural hair, previous permanent makeup and the result you want—not simply what is currently trending.

If you’re unsure which option is right for you, you’re welcome to send me clear photos of your bare brows in natural daylight.

Microblading vs. nano brows—the difference isn’t simply “blade versus needle.” And nano isn’t automatically gentler just because it’s performed with a machine.

Both techniques place pigment into the skin. The difference is how that pigment is implanted—and the type of hairstroke each method creates.

In my work, microblading creates a finer, crisper and more consistent stroke that closely resembles natural eyebrow hair. It also allows me to create more definition and a clearer shape.

Nano strokes are built pixel by pixel with a machine. They usually heal softer, slightly more diffused and less structured, making them beautiful for clients with coarser brow hair or those wanting a relaxed, fluffy look.

Neither technique is automatically better. The right choice depends on your skin, natural hair, previous pigment and the result you want.

Not sure which one would suit you? Feel free to send me clear photos of your bare brows in natural daylight, and I’ll be happy to guide you.

Thinking about Lip Blush but still have a few questions? 💋

That’s completely normal. Most clients want to know things like: Does it hurt? How bold will the color be? How long does it last? What does healing look like? And probably the biggest one — will my lips still look natural?

So I put together some of the questions I hear most often and answered them in this video.

One thing I always want clients to understand is that Lip Blush isn’t meant to look like permanent lipstick. My approach is much softer — enhancing your natural lip color, adding a little more definition and creating a fresher, more even appearance while still looking like your lips.

And yes, they will look brighter and more saturated immediately after the appointment. That’s not the final result. As they heal, the color softens significantly and settles into a much more natural shade. 🤎

If Lip Blush is something you’ve been considering, watch the video and let me know if there’s a question I didn’t answer.
