1. We all have individual websites, as listed below. Providing the techs a sense of privacy & control independently.

2. Salon as a whole is open every day 8am-5pm for the public walk-ins, but each tech does get to choose their schedule as they please, for things like after hours!

3. We hire only local inexperienced techs starting this year! Teaching them not only nails but most importantly the transparency of business.
