It took me eight years to get the TASTE, the PROCESS, and the CONSISTENCY of my mac & cheese down packed.
I constantly tweaked, change the ingredients, changed my procedure just to get it, right.
My mac & cheese is requested to BBQs, GATHERINGS, THANKSGIVING, and other holidays. In my culture, we take ‘ whoever is in charge of making the mac & cheese’ a BIG DEAL! iykyk
So if things aren’t working, take a step back evaluate your ingredients, change your process, and step out of your comfort zone. Just don’t ever stop!
There’s something about French and a good n**e that just get me. Especially when you add a neon color it is my kryptonite.!
