Here are some quick tips
- Using the correct cleanser is SUPER important.
Picking the wrong cleanser can strip the natural oils and weaken the skin barrier.
Normal, Oily , combo & acne prone use our “Cucumber Cleanser “ morning & night
Dry/Sensitive Oil Cleanser AM / Oil cleanser + Cucumber PM
-Try not to over exfoliate it can leave the skin super dry & flaky .It inflames your skin’s surface. Slowly, the inflammation turns into an acne breakout.
Normal to dry skin 1 x 2 weekly
Oily & Acne prone 2 x 3 weekly
Sensitive ONCE a week
- Do not PICK your face it causes bacteria to spread and now you’re wondering why your face is seeking revenge.
ICE IT or Use our charcoal mask either all over/spot treatment.
-Never skip your moisturizer even if you have oily skin. For oily skin skipping can actually cause breakouts.
