✨🔦 LIGHTING CHANGES EVERYTHING!

Ever wonder why your hair color can look completely different from one photo to another—even when it’s the exact same hair? 👀

Hair color is highly affected by lighting, camera settings, surroundings, and even the tone of the light. ☀️💡

Natural sunlight can reveal warmth and dimension, while cool indoor lighting can make the same color appear more ashy, darker, or even slightly different in tone.

So when you bring in an inspiration photo, remember: the color you see in the picture may not be exactly what that color looks like in real life.

That’s why professional colorists consider your starting color, hair history, undertones, lighting, and desired result when creating your formula—not just the picture. 🎨✂️

✨ Same hair.
✨ Same color.
✨ Completely different lighting.
✨ VERY different appearance.

Moral of the story: Don’t judge a hair color by one photo! 😉
