Fluffy and I have finished our week of training and are on our way back to Oklahoma.

It was great meeting new people and catching up with my friend from 4 years ago. I look forward to our annual hangouts!

I really enjoyed the classes this year. It always amazing me how well some of these things work!

Myofascial Release was way deeper work than I was expecting but I felt so much better afterwards!

And the Pelvic Floor class was fantastic! Lots of great stretching and muscle manipulations!

I look forward to adding new techniques and making your experience even better!

Fluffy and I have been on the road this week. We are in Cherokee, NC for the World Massage Festival! This is our favorite place for Continuing Education. If you haven't been to the Smokey Mountains I highly recommend it! This is our 5th festival and 4th time in Cherokee. Last year was in Vegas and while it was fun coming here felt like coming home and I might have gotten a little teary eyed coming into town. Some places are just right and this is it for me. 😆

We have spent the last 2 days learning Myofascial work...I'm excited about the afternoon of foot work in a little bit.

Tomorrow we will be learning about Pelvic Floor treatments.

I'm excited for the opportunity to bring new techniques to my bodywork!

Hi there. I tried posting yesterday but don't see it on my wall so im thinking i didn't have a strong enough signal while at the airport.

I am currently in Korea and will be unavailable until the 25th. I have better reception now that I'm not traveling but the time change complicates things a little.

While I am gone Crysta is available and would love to see. Massage by Crysta Contacting her directly may be quicker as I am 14 hours different right now and may be asleep when you write.
