Listen, yall....the skin is composed of approximately 70% water.💧 Water is essential to keeping your skin and body healthy.

Rule of thumb: take your body weight and divide it by 2, then divide that number by 8. The answer is approximately how many 8 oz glasses of water you should drink daily. A hydrated body = hydrated, glowing skin.
