Recent experiences have prompted me to share a reminder about my policies.

Waivers, intake forms, and deposits are not optional. They protect both me as the provider & you as the client.
If you book an appointment, these need to be finished at the time of scheduling. If they aren't, I will attempt to communicate once, and then the slot will be released back to the waitlist.

I’m easygoing, I know life happens, and I have to cancel sometimes too (I have kids and not a lot of help!) 🤪

I am always flexible and understanding when there is communication because we all have to roll with the punches. However, ignoring required steps and basic respect for my time is not a punch I will roll with. I am under no obligation to service anyone who doesn't respect my business or my schedule, and I will always prioritize clients who do their part so I can give them my very best.
