My name is Brittany and I am a licensed Natural Hair Care Specialist. I have 5+ years experience working with natural hair and a passion for helping others embrace their natural beauty. I enjoy challenges and pushing the envelope when it comes to hair and beauty. I am always learning and seeking new, fresh ideas and techniques in order to be a more well- rounded stylist. Although I am skilled in a lot of different services, some services that I am best known for are: loc extensions, feed-in cornrows, up-do's, and box braids. Sitting in my style chair comes with education on caring for your hair, a beautiful style, and a good laugh. Valiant, is not only a play on my initials but also a constant reminder to myself to be fearless, to be bold, and to be courageous. That is the message I want anyone who walks through my door to feel and also to be inspired to do in their own lives. Whether you are going natural for the first, second, or third time (No judgement! lol), trying a new style that is a little out of your comfort zone, or you aren't quite sure of what to do, just never forget to Be Bold! You have governance over self in how you show up and how you respond! Know that you are the thermostat and you control the atmosphere of a room just by controlling and regulating self!
