2. One hand on the armrest, one hand in your lap ( this could be why its lopsided)

3. Hands too far back. ( this isnt a hand rest babe)

4. Fingers curled underneath ( babe im not trying to play finger war with you)

5.Changing hand position every time the tech changes tools. ( ill tell you when to switch or move hands promise)

✅️ THE RIGHT WAY TO USE THE ARMREST

1. Rest your hand comfortably on the armrest
Let the armrest support your wrist/hand instead of holding it up

2. Keep your wrist straight and relaxed
No twisting your wrist or turning your hand sideways.
Keep your fingers relaxed

3. Don’t curl, stiffen, or spread your fingers unless your tech asks you to.

4. Keep your hand still while your tech is working
Let your tech move and reposition your fingers when needed.

5. Keep your hand where your tech places it
If she moves your hand, there’s a reason! It helps her see the nail, control the file/brush, and work more accurately.
