Cancelation policy will be enforced for 45 minute or longer appointments with the exception of emergencies and my regular clients. The cancellation policy shows when booking and it reads “ cancellation policy 24 hrs in advance” and shows policies fee.

Unfortunately in the past year i have had several new clients who have never been to the spa book several times and no-show, these same clients lock their cc from allowing me to run their cards to enforce my cancellation fees, forcing me to block people from booking. I never run payment for a first time no show, i do always give some grace but it continues to burn me without fail.

For any new clients thinking about booking, please understand as a business owner I do not get paid for sick days or vacation time, last minute cancellations do not allow enough time for me to book in and make the money i will be at a loss for. Large appointment times can be a loss at about 1/3 or 1/4 of my days salary and for a small business thats a big dent in our week.

For my regular clients I apologize for this inconvenience due to the behavior of others. Please txt me and i will book your appointments without the need for entering any cc payments🫶🏽
