🚨🚨IT'S UPDATE TIME FOR THE WAYWARD PARLOR!!!🚨🚨

Dear loyal fans, clients, and supporters:
I am excited to announce a great change we are making here!!! We are making a switch to an hourly rate for all services. This is a really great thing for the team here and for you all, too. Hourly rates mean much more transparency in pricing, and also takes the guess work out of tipping because it is *all included* in the new rates!! Tipping is no longer necessary!! This will be effective next week. You'll notice the change in our pricing when you book, everything has been adjusted so that the switch over will be pretty seamless.
Changing to an hourly rate is better for you as a guest because it eliminates the need to tip, and way better for my team, too. I'll explain! Tipping has always been a sticky subject in every industry. In my opinion, it creates more struggle for employees than necessary, because they depend so much on that extra income. It also makes accurately reporting income difficult. I want my team to feel secure in their careers at my salon. I want them to be able to buy their own homes, to grow and prosper as professionals! This isn't just a job, my dream for my salon is to give people careers for the long run. I want them to have everything that other career opportunities have, like insurance and a 401k. BUT I can't provide these things without changing how my industry pays people. So I'm taking this initiative to put my employees first, to provide them with secure income so that I can do all things I dream about for my team, and to provide more transparency in cost for clients.
