MYTH: Washing your hair every day causes hair loss.
FACT: Washing your hair doesn't cause hair loss. 💛
The strands you see in the shower were already in their natural shedding phase. On average, it's completely normal to shed 50–100 hairs a day.
The wash isn't causing the shedding—it's simply helping those loose hairs make their exit.
