But I'm not going anywhere.

This program completely changed my life. It gave me my health back after menopause, helped me lose the weight and keep it off, and gave me the opportunity to help hundreds of other people do the same. That's not something I walk away from.

And yes... the name is changing. More on that later this week!

Let's be honest... "OPTAVIA" wasn't exactly the easiest thing to say anyway. 😂

But this isn't the end of something. It's the beginning of something even bigger.

We're expanding beyond weight loss and putting an even greater focus on metabolic health, because that's where real, lasting health begins. The science is clear, and the need has never been greater.

The habits, the coaching, the community, the accountability... that's all still here. In fact, it's getting even better.

I've believed from day one that we change lives by helping people create healthy habits—not quick fixes. That hasn't changed, and neither have I.

I'm excited for my current clients, I'm excited for the people I'll get to help in the future, and I'm excited to see where this next chapter takes us.
