6 weeks into the ZO Skin Health® Complex A+ Bootcamp. 💙Redness, flaking, dryness, and irritation are expected during this protocol.

We plan to do one more bootcamp back to back, then transition her to a more tolerated retinol. Dr. Obagi, the dermatologist who created ZO Skin Health, believes that long-term use of high-potency retinols and tretinoins can lead to chronic inflammation in the skin. Our goal is to create acute inflammation in the skin, then transition off of the higher-potency retinols/trets.
