Salon Managers and Teams: Great work during Back to School 2026! Despite the short staffing and all the obstacles we face, our amazing leaders and team members continue to push through and set the gold-star standard.
Always remember: YOU are Great Clips. Because of your dedication, hard work, and commitment to our real BOSS the customers, Great Clips continues to be a leading salon brand.
Keep pushing, keep supporting each other, and keep raising the bar. I’m incredibly proud of what you’re accomplishing together.

What a wonderful evening! ❤️

We had an amazing time hosting our salon managers, teams and their families for a backyard potluck filled with incredible homemade dishes, lots of laughter, and a few very competitive rounds of Pictionary!

Moments like these remind us that we're more than coworkers—we're a family. Investing in relationships outside the salon builds stronger teams, better leaders, and a culture where everyone feels valued.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and brought such delicious food and positive energy. Here's to growing together, supporting one another, and creating many more memories along the way! 💙✂️

Happy June Birthday to our AWESOME team members. Thank you.

Behind every great salon is a great leader.

Our Great Clips managers attended a corporate conference in 2025 where they learned new skills, shared ideas with other leaders, gained fresh energy, and brought back valuable tools to help their teams grow and succeed.

Investing in our leaders means investing in our stylists, our culture, and our guests. 💙 Text JOB to 98765

Our leadership team stepped away from the salon to invest in something even more important—personal growth.

Our Off-Site Leadership Meeting was filled with learning, collaboration, fresh ideas, and a shared commitment to building stronger teams and creating better experiences for our true bosses—the customers we serve every day.

I feel grateful to work alongside such dedicated pack-leaders who care deeply about their teams, take ownership, and are committed to continuous improvement. Together, we are striving to build more than successful salons—we are building a culture of learning, accountability, service, and excellence.

Thank you to everyone who contributed, shared, and challenged us to grow. The best leaders never stop learning.

We are hiring at Great Clips El Reno, Mustang, Yukon - 3200 S. Mustang Rd. Deer Creek and Edmond i-35 location.
