It's time to TRULY and Fully get back on track.
I have stayed walking most days, and have even increased from 1 1/2 to 2 miles. BUT, there was my birthday 🎈, and a few trips/events! I started with that DELIRIOUS Giant bag of popcorn 🍿 my sweet son got me for my birthday, I finally told him to take it away 🤷‍♀️ it IS my kryptonite!

Then a few brats and other high sodium processed foods including eat out when out of town, etc. So I have remained some degree of swelling for the last 5 weeks.
BUT TODAY!
TODAY IS A NEW DAY.
I Have felt good today, then ended my day with my 2 mile walk, 30 minutes on the sauna, finishing off with a 30 min Ion-Foot Cleanse. Adding it activates your parasympathetic system!

I Feel Fantastic! To a great night of sleep.
